Michael D. Jeansonne is Chief Executive Officer and founder of The Turnaround Management Company. He has over 40 years of experience in the industry. The first 10 years of his career were spent in maintenance operations. He later managed engineering, construction and turnarounds for Basis Petroleum, where project budgets ranged from $40M to $300M annually. He has taken the Turnaround Management Company from conception to a nationally recognized industry leader for turnaround staffing, training and expertise.

He is considered one of the industry’s authorities on turnaround and project management efficiencies. He has authored many papers that have been delivered to organizations such as the NPRA (National Petroleum & Refining Association). He also authors a monthly column, "The Turnaround Management Knowledge Update" which is published in a nationally distributed industry magazine.


DFrinsco

David J. Frinsco is the Vice President of Business Developement and co-founder of The Turnaround Management Company. He has over 28-years experience in the industry. The first 14-years of his career were spent in maintenance operations and turnarounds. He later joined the Basis Petroleum corporate turnaround group which had responsibility for the preparation and execution of turnarounds in a three refinery system. 

He has held several positions in The Turnaround Management Company both in Operations and Business Development. He is an active member of the NPRA (National Petroleum & Refining Association). He also contributes articles for a monthly column, "The Turnaround Management Knowledge Update" which is published in a nationally distributed industry magazine.


TBeckman

Tricia Beckman is the Director of Accounting and Business Administration. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University. She also holds a license in the state of Texas as a Certified Public Accountant. 

She brings over 25 years of financial and accounting experience to the Turnaround Management Company. Prior to joining the company she worked for a wholesale grocer, two different law firms and a CPA firm. She is responsible for all accounting functions, Human Resources, financial and regulatory reporting as well as budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.


MBischoff

Mike Bischoff is the Director of Sales. Bischoff joined The Turnaround Management Company in 2004. He is an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team. His career spans 30- years during which time he has been involved in business management and start-up operations activities. He possesses extensive experience with specialty contracting companies that focus on maintenance and turnaround support services in the refining and petrochemical processing industry. 

Prior to joining the Turnaround Management Company, he worked with Philip Services Corporation, International Catalyst, Inc. and Catalyst Technology in the United States, Canada, Caribbean Basin and Central and South America.


DBrubaker

Doug Brubaker is the Director of Field Operations. Doug returned to fill this new role after spending several months supporting a customer during start-up of a new processing unit. Previously, Doug was our Director of Training. In this new role the Account Managers will report to him. In addition, Doug will continue to help technically qualify candidates within our EQSP (Employee Qualification and Selection Process).

His extensive field experience and common sense approach to building relationships with customers and employees demonstrates TTMC's integrity, customer focus and accountability.

 


BMartinez

Ben Martinez is Director of Training. Ben, a degreed engineer with decades of field experience, is well suited to manage our new partnership with Alvin Community College. His qualifications, experience and strong analytical style will enable TTMC to further develope our project controls training curriculum that helps participants learn and apply practical knowledge in the field. 

Prior to joining TTMC, Ben spent 20 years with Amoco/BP Texas City in Engineering, Operations, maintenance and Contracts for major capital projects. Ben also spent several years on the contractor's side in Project Management and Business Developement.
