Michael D. Jeansonne is President and CEO and founder of The Turnaround Management Company. He has over 40-years experience in the industry. The first 10-years of his career were spent in maintenance operations. He later managed engineering, construction and turnarounds for Basis Petroleum where capital project budgets ranged from $80 million to $300 million annually and from $40 million to $80 million a year was budgeted for turnarounds alone. He has taken the Turnaround Management Company from conception to a nationally recognized industry leader for turnaround support services.
Jeansonne is considered one of the industry’s authorities on turnaround and project management efficiencies. He has authored many papers that have been delivered to organizations such as the NPRA (National Petroleum & Refining Association). He also authors a monthly column about the need to better manage and control turnarounds, which is published in a nationally distributed industry magazine.

David J. Frinsco is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and co-founder of The Turnaround Management Company. He has over 28-years experience in the industry. The first 14-years of his career were spent in maintenance operations and turnarounds. He later joined the Basis Petroleum corporate turnaround group which had responsibility for the preparation and execution of turnarounds in a three refinery system. During this time he supported numerous revamps process unit and plant wide turnarounds.
Frinsco has held several positions in The Turnaround Management Company both in Operations and Business Development. He is an active member of the NPRA (National Petroleum & Refining Association). He also contributes articles for a monthly column about the need to better manage and control turnarounds, which is published in a nationally distributed industry magazine.

Marvin Wicher is the Director of Continuous Improvement and began his career with the Turnaround Management Company in 1998 as an internal consultant. He has 47 years experience in engineering, plant maintenance, turnaround management, cost management and marketing in the refining, petrochemical, ammonia, and pipeline industries. Prior to joining The Turnaround Management Company he worked for SE Technologies, Bechtel Petroleum, Creole Production Services, W. R. Grace and Conoco. He holds a BSME degree from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee.

Bill Van Winkle is the Vice President of Operations. He has spent 28- years in turnaround management for the refining, petrochemical and power industries. During the course of his career he has worked for Asset Performance Networks, Flint Hills Resources, Hess Oil Virgin Island Corp. and Houston Lighting and Power.
Van Winkle has extensive experience in driving turnaround processes and managing complex turnarounds ranging in size from 200,000 to 1,000,000 man-hours. He has performed many turnaround readiness assessments with emphasis on the implementation of industry best practices. He is an active member of the NPRA (National Petroleum & Refining Association). He also contributes articles for a monthly column about the need to better manage and control turnarounds, which is published in a nationally distributed industry magazine.

Marla Curtner is the Director of Finance and Business Administration. She has been with The Turnaround Management Company since 1999. She holds a BA degree from the University of Houston and currently holds HR certifications from Rice University. Prior to joining The Turnaround Management Company she worked for American Quality Fire & Safety and Restaurant Reporting Plus.
Curtner has twelve years experience in finance/accounting and business administration. She is responsible for Human Resources, all accounting functions, and financial analysis and forecasting. She has vigorously developed and implemented numerous administrative processes to meet the financial functional requirements of a growing company.

Mike Bischoff joined The Turnaround Management Company in 2004. He works in Sales and Marketing and is an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team. His career spans 30- years during which time he has been involved in business management and start-up operations activities. He possesses extensive experience with specialty contracting companies that focus on maintenance and turnaround support services in the refining and petrochemical processing industry. Prior to joining the Turnaround Management Company, Bischoff worked with Philip Services Corporation, International Catalyst, Inc. and Catalyst Technology in the United States, Canada, Caribbean Basin and Central and South America.

Mike Garland is the Manager of Field Operations and joined The Turnaround Management Company in 2003. He has 24-years of experience in mechanical inspection, inspection coordination and management. He was President and CEO of Amerispect (a mechanical inspection company) for 12-years. Prior to joining The Turnaround Management Company he worked with Pool Offshore, Brown & Root, Altech Inspection and Garland-Poore & Associates, Inc.

Doug Brubaker is the Manager of Internal Operations and joined The Turnaround Management Company in 2005. His career spans 22-years service to the refining and petrochemical industries. He has extensive experience in project construction and turnaround management (including industrial training with emphasis on safety). He held several positions in his career but most recently was the manager for a machine shop specializing in rotating equipment, balancing, alignments, general machining and field machining including hydraulic torque and bolting.
