We have developed turnaround-specific software called PCMS® (Project Control Management System). PCMS is not sold as a stand-alone product. Instead, our employees and our clients use it as we work on a project together. Data remains with our clients to help them better forecast and budget for their next turnaround.

Overview
PCMS is an activity-based program. Data is structured the same way the work is executed. PCMS helps define and control scope growth and builds detailed job plans. It has unique cost estimating capabilities while it facilitates reporting and cost control.

PCMS works in conjunction with scheduling software to track costs and change orders during project execution. You can also forecast cost at completion. All of this is done in real time to aid your decision-making process and predictability. You also will have historical data and documentation to help you better prepare for the next turnaround.
