About the Worldwide Turnaround Management Company
The Turnaround Management Company was founded in 1998 by Michael Jeansonne and David Frinsco. Coming from the operating company side of the refining and petrochemical industry, they bring a wealth of experience in preparing for and executing turnarounds and projects. TTMC Personnel was later launched to fulfill the needs of its customers for a specialized flex workforce for turnarounds and projects. Today we have evolved to combine The Turnaround Management Company and TTMC Personnel, becoming the Worldwide Turnaround Management Company. WTMC is proud to be the industry’s #1 choice for specialized flex workforce and support services for turnarounds, maintenance and projects.
